Küche’s smart gas hob blends precise flame control with intelligent heat sensing to simplify everyday cooking. Built around real cooking habits, from long-boil soups to quick stir-fries, it reduces manual effort while improving consistency, safety, and peace of mind in the kitchen.

Intelligent Cooking

At the heart of the hob is an Intelligent Cooking System that automatically manages flame intensity and cooking duration based on the selected cooking mode.

Instead of manually switching between high and low heat, the hob adjusts flame levels on your behalf, maintaining the ideal cooking conditions. Giving you more time to focus on preparing ingredients or attending to other tasks.

Five Intelligent Cooking Modes (New*)

Each mode is designed around common household recipes and typical cooking durations, making them easy to use even for less experienced cooks.

Soup Mode (90 mins by default)

Ideal for long-boil soups common in Asian cooking. The hob automatically brings the soup to a boil, then maintains a steady simmer over time for you and prevents the soup from drying out from aggressive heat.

Steam Mode (30 mins by default)

Keeps water boiling steadily to generate consistent steam for dishes such as fish, dumplings and vegetables. Users can adjust the steaming time according to recipe instructions.

Pan Fry Mode (maintains 150°C by default)

Maintains a stable oil temperature (default 150°C, adjustable), helping to prevent oil from overheating.

Deep Fry Mode (maintains 200°C by default)

Similar to Pan Fry, but preset at a higher temperature suitable for deep-frying.

Boiling Mode (10 mins by default)

Automatically brings liquids to a boil and maintains it for a preset duration.

Core Functional Features

Built-In Safety Intelligence - Dry-Burn Detection
Designed to protect both users and cookware
The Küche Smart Gas Hob can detect abnormal overheating caused by dry-burn situations, such as when a pot runs out of water or oil. When unsafe temperatures are detected (~280°C), the gas supply is automatically shut off.


Flame Failure Safety Device
Automatically cuts off the gas supply if the flame is accidentally extinguished due to wind or spills.


Precise Flame & Constant Temperature Control
A wide 270° knob rotation with nine distinct flame levels allows smoother, granular flame adjustments without sudden jumps. Together with a built-in temperature sensor that helps maintain a consistent cooking temperature for recipes that require stable heat.


High Heat Output
A powerful 4.2kW burner delivers strong heat suitable for stir-frying and wok cooking.


Hob & Range Hood Linkage
Designed to work seamlessly with your kitchen. When the hob is ignited, compatible range hoods automatically power on. This improves ventilation efficiency and reduces cooking fumes.

App Connectivity

Timer Control
Users can stop or adjust cooking time directly from the app.

Usage Notifications
Alerts notify users when cooking cycles are completed or when long cooking sessions are ongoing.

Error Notifications
Real-time alerts for flame failure, dry-burn triggers, abnormal temperature spikes or system irregularities.

Remote Shutdown
Allows users to turn off the hob remotely within gas-appliance safety limits.

Usage Data
Provides estimated usage information such as cooking duration and gas consumption.
