Basic Support - $59.00 + GST
Scope of work includes:
- Check joints connections at inlet and outlet of gas meter
- Check existing gas installation (meter to appliances) and soundness test on installation
- Replace meter washers at meter connection
- Check operating conditions of existing gas hob and hood and provide safety advice
Please note that this package excludes:
- Cost of changing tubing if requested during the appointment - $30.00 (excluding GST). This will be reflected on your utility bill. No cash will be collected on-site.
Enhanced Support - $89.00 + GST
Scope of work includes:
- Replacement of standard flexible tubing at cooker hob*
- Check joints connections at inlet and outlet of gas meter
- Check existing gas installation (meter to appliances) and soundness test on installation
- Replace meter washers at meter connection
- Check operating conditions of existing gas hob and hood and provide safety advice
Important Notes:
- Please note that appointment dates are subject to availability.
- Terms and conditions apply.
- *Partial refund of $30 + GST will be refunded if our service crew is unable to replace the flexible tubing for Enhanced Plan.

The above gas safety checks are not a substitute or replacement for the systematic fifteen yearly inspection programme to be carried out by the agent of gas transporter, SP PowerGrid Ltd.
