EMA has set up a continuing learning scheme to enable licensed gas service workers to keep up, on a regular basis, with changes in the gas industry, gas legislation, good industry practices and advancement in technologies. All licensed gas service workers are required to attend a prescribed refresher course once every 5 years.
The refresher course will cover changes and highlights in the Gas Act (Cap.116A), the Gas (Supply) Regulations, the Gas Supply Code, Singapore Standard SS608 Code of Practice for Gas Installation and gas industry best practices. The course content will be updated from time to time to keep up with changes.
The prescribed course will be conducted at City Energy Pte Ltd (as Trustee) for holders of Gas Service Worker Licence (Restricted).

Terms and Conditions
- Payment is required to be made to City Energy Pte. Ltd. (as Trustee of City Energy Trust) prior to the course, failing which no course confirmation will be given.
- Please note that there will be no refund for cancellation but a replacement will be accepted. If cancellation is received less than 3 working days from the course date, a 25% administration fee will be charged. Full fees will be imposed if participant did not attend the course.
